The concept
What we are building toward.
The planned experience focuses on understanding the problem before matching it with someone equipped for the work. We are considering both installation projects and patient, plain-language troubleshooting for people who want help in person.
AtYours is being designed to turn a detailed request into a clearer, higher-intent opportunity for a suitable provider. The platform is still experimental, and no match, timing, price, or availability is promised.

Synology, QNAP, or DIY — installed, configured with shares, automated backups, and remote access. Your files, safe and accessible from anywhere.
Home office setup
Desk, monitor, docking station, peripherals, and a reliable wired or wireless connection. A proper workspace that keeps up with you — not just a desk with a screen.
Tech support & troubleshooting
In-person diagnosis for a frustrating device, persistent error, or setup that is not working as expected, without relying only on a phone queue or remote session.
Senior tech support
Patient, jargon-free setup and coaching for phones, tablets, smart TVs, and video calls. Designed to leave you confident, not dependent.
Planning the match
What information would help match a home-tech request?
The devices involved, symptoms, home layout, current network or platform, and desired outcome would help define the work. Customers should never share passwords or other sensitive credentials in an initial request.
