AtYours is in public beta. This policy explains how we handle information collected through the website, earlier customer waitlist, and provider application form.
What we collect
Earlier customer waitlist entries include name, email address, city, selected service interests, and consent records. Provider applications include the information requested on the application form. If you contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp, or Instagram, you share the information in that message with us and the chosen service. We do not request customer payment information, government identification, or booking details through this site.
Why we use it
We use earlier waitlist information only to share AtYours launch and service-availability updates under the consent given when it was collected. We use provider information to review prospective providers for AtYours and contact messages to respond to enquiries. Submitting information does not create a booking, employment, contractor, or other commercial relationship.
Service providers and safeguards
Cloudflare processes website security checks, hosting, and database storage for these forms. We use reasonable safeguards and do not store IP addresses with waitlist or provider records.
Retention and your choices
We retain waitlist entries until you withdraw, request deletion, or the launch-notification purpose has been completed. Provider applications are retained until withdrawal or deletion is requested. To withdraw consent, request access, or request deletion, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
