The affected fixture or pipe, visible leak or blockage, when it began, photos if safe to take, and whether water is still flowing would help define the request. Active flooding or immediate danger needs an appropriate emergency response.
Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area are the initial areas being studied. AtYours is also collecting city and service-interest information so future coverage decisions can reflect actual demand.
